Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
As a wholesale company supplying trade customers, we are not bound by the distance selling regulations. You may not cancel your order if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched. We may deliver the goods in instalments depending on what you are ordering. The only time a return will be accepted for goods that are not faulty is where we sent an alternative of what a customer ordered, due to the ordered item not being in stock. A refund for these items will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the goods. If you find you have a problem with the delivery or with any of the products please notify ourselves at the earliest possible time (Within 48 hours for delivery problems) you can contact us at email@example.com or 01706 210885 and were applicable a refund will be offered for these items will processed within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
